Debra Rouse Whitley, 54, of 1541 Manning Road, died Thursday, March 3, 2011, at Martin General Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Walker’s-Horner Chapel with Minister Bob Moulden officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at Horner Chapel.  A private burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Walker’s-Horner Chapel.
