Mrs. Karen Annette Burgess Rouse, who resided at 103 Shoemake Court, Belhaven, died Friday, March 11, 2011. Arrangements will be announced by the Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. The family is receiving friends at the home of her son, Ralph Burgess, 440 Clayton Circle, Washington.
