John Davidson, star of Broadway, film and television, will present his up- close and personal performance at the Washington High School Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Davidson has enjoyed a long and illustrious career as America’s premier all-around entertainer. His career began on Broadway in hit productions of “The Fantasticks” and “Oklahoma.” This early success spawned a record deal with Columbia (13 albums), which in turn created successful feature runs at Caesar’s, MGM Grand and the Hilton in Las Vegas.

Davidson’s television successes include “That’s Incredible,” “$100,000 Pyramid,” “Tonight Show” (80 guest-host appearances) and the revival of “Hollywood Squares.” His diverse film career includes Disney’s “The Happiest Millionaire” and “Edward Scissorhands.” Davidson has continued to be active on Broadway. He appears across the country in regional theaters and as a solo performer.
