Douglas Stuart Hoffman, 58, a resident of 509 Main St., Columbia, died Monday, March 21, 2011, at his home. The Tyrrell County Library with the Pettigrew Regional Library will hold a memorial service to celebrate his life at 2 p.m. Friday, April 1, at the library in Columbia. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service of Columbia.
