Infant Nevaeh Ann Sullivan, a resident of 449 Magnolia School Road, Washington, died Sunday, April 3, 2011.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at Oakdale Cemetery.

A visitation will be held at the home of parents Dustin and Misty Adkins Sullivan of the home.

Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
