I came over to Washington to shop, and I could not believe the huge umbrella in front of the store. It is so big. It looks like the beach. It doesn’t look historic.

I want to thank the state transportation department for fixing the potholes on the bridge on N.C. Highway 33. It did a good job.

If Parks and Recreation fixed the ballfields like it is supposed to do, there wouldn’t be any complaints.

You who think there is no grave robbing at Oakdale Cemetery are very wrong. There is a serious problem with grave robbing, flowers that is.

When people keep voting the exact same way every year, on the local and national level, this is what happens. We reap exactly what we sow.
