Ray W. Manning, 77, a resident of John Small Avenue, Washington, died Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at Beaufort County Medical Center. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Hillside Funeral Service with the Rev. Ray Webb officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tonight at Hillside Funeral Service and other times at the home. Burial will follow at Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
