To all of you who think that the Christian way is to take from the rich and give to the poor: I ask that you read the Bible and let me know from what verse you are getting this information. Also, I suggest you read history about what happened to our American manufacturers who went overseas. I think you will find it was the result of that same Robin Hood mentality.
The city councilmen need to realize that 60 percent of Washington electric customers are outside the city limits.
I love the umbrella on Main Street. Now, when I am shopping, my husband will have somewhere to sit out of the sun. Now, I can shop to my heart’s content.
Everyone needs to thank the good Lord that we were spared from the storm in Beaufort County. Also pray for the ones who lost loved ones.
