Mrs. Julia Rae Hamilton Riddick, 88, a resident of N. Light St., Columbia, died Saturday, April 30, 2011, at Chowan Hospital, Edenton. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wesley United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Frank Alexander and pastor James Koo officiating. Burial will follow in Azalea Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.
