Mr. Dallas E. Hoggard, 79, of Ralph Taylor Road, died Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at Martin Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Mark Crisp officiating. Visitation will be held 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Walker Funeral Home, Williamston and other times at the residence.
