Mrs. Lois Riley Brown, 91, of 1659 N.C. Highway 37 South, Hobbsville, died Saturday, June 25, 2011, in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, Va. A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Zion United Methodist Church with the Rev. Laura Early officiating. Mrs. Brown’s ashes will be interred in the church cemetery. Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, Edenton.
