Mr. Samuel Roberson Leggett, 69, a resident of 942 N.C. Highway 171 North, Washington, died Monday, Sept. 26, 2011. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Snowd Branch Church of God. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Snowd Branch Church of God and other times at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
