It was reported in your Sound Off column that you didn’t have any call-ins Oct. 11. You actually did, but your system was not working properly and wouldn’t save any messages. Sound Off is not the same.
I want to know why the State of North Carolina requires signal lights on your cars, yet the Highway Patrol, police cars and sheriff’s cars do not use signals?
The utility company is not working with the people who lost their jobs and homes in the hurricane disaster. It is ready to cut you off if you can’t pay your bill. What about all the fishermen who can’t work? No one I know is getting disaster unemployment insurance.
I wonder if Mr. Williams is going to give the Democratic Party its money back.
When is law enforcement going to start patrolling the Carrow Road area to slow some of these speeders down who are putting our children in danger?
