Hilara Horton Waters, 99, a resident of Plymouth, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, at Roanoke Landing Nursing Center in Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth, officiated by the Rev. Robert Travis. Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth, and other times at the home of Clyde and Edith Waters. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
