Roy Windley, a resident of 602 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington, died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, at River Trace Nursing Center. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Davenport Temple COGIC, Washington. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday at L.R Randolph Funeral Home and other times at the home.
