Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gray Woolard III of Washington, NC, announce the birth of their daughter, Abby Noel Woolard, on December 27, 2011, at UHS-Beaufort Hospital.

Abby weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches long. She has a sister, Grayce L. Woolard, and two brothers, Charlie Woolard and Alex Woolard. The mother is the former Lesley Fisher.

Maternal grandparents are Carolyn Fisher of Bath, NC, and the late Richard William Fisher.

Paternal grandparents are Fred Woolard II and Louise Woolard of Washington, NC.
