Mr. Thomas Richard “Tommy” Mooring, 72, a resident of Snow Hill, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 7 p.m. tonight at the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service with Reverend Stephen Gay officiating. A committal service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Snow Hill Cemetery with Masonic Rites. The family will receive friends immediately following the service tonight and other times at the residence, 170 Mooring Lane, Snow Hill. Arrangements are by Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service.
