Marie Gaskins Edwards Ladd, 92, a resident of Richmond, Va., died Monday, March 5, 2012, at the Gardens of Pamlico, Grantsboro. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Whitehill Free Will Baptist Church cemetery with the Rev. Wesley Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends and relatives immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall. Arrangements are by Bryant Funeral Home & Crematory, Alliance.
