Southern Bank announces the promotion of Earline Mason Webb to banking officer in its Belhaven office. She has been employed with Southern Bank in the Belhaven office for the past 27 years.

A native of Beaufort County, Webb and her husband, James M. Webb, reside in Bath. They have two children, Ashley D. Webb and Mason Webb of Bath.
