Kay Frances Sutton Barbour, 74, a resident of 511 Turkey Trot 1, Washington, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at her home. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the funeral hour at 15th Street Church of God in Washington. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington.
