Rebecca C. Phelps, 93, a resident of 102 Alden Road, Plymouth, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Roanoke Landing Nursing Center, Plymouth. The family will receive friends at 108 Jackson St., Plymouth. Arrangements will be announced at a later date by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service Inc., Roper.
