Rebecca C. Phelps, 93, a resident of 102 Alden Drive, Plymouth, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Roanoke Landing Nursing Center, Plymouth. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Spring Green Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Plymouth, with Elder Stanley C. Hicks Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Second Zion Grove Church Cemetery, Plymouth. Viewing will be held from 12:50 p.m. until 1:50 p.m. Monday at the church.
