Mrs. Laura Alice Bell Sinclair, 85, a resident of Ridgewood Manor and formerly of 342 E. 15th St., Washington, died Saturday, March 24, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at the chapel of Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. today at the chapel. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
