Mrs. Frances Lee Bell, 76, a resident of 49 Beaufort St., Terra Ceia community, Pantego, died Thursday, April 5, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Queens Chapel Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ). Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. today at the chapel. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
