Marvin Alexander Davenport Sr., 81, a resident of Williamston, died Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday in the Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. Monday at Walker Funeral Home and other times from the home.
