David Francisco has withdrawn from the Washington law firm of Rodman, Holscher, Francisco & Peck, P.A.

The law firm continues its normal business as Rodman, Holscher, Peck & Edwards, P.A., and it provides legal services relating to commercial and residential real estate closings and refinances; estate planning and will preparation; all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury and insurance defense; criminal defense, including traffic matters; as well as Social Security disability, worker’s compensation and family law.

The law firm has been providing legal services in eastern North Carolina since its founding in the early 1870s under the name Sheppard & Brown. Members of the law firm are Frederick N. Holscher, R. Brantley Peck Jr., Franz F. Holscher and Charles C. Edwards Jr.
