Mrs. Winnie Bell Williams-Dudley, 81, a resident of 868 Amsterdam Ave., New York, N.Y., died Friday, May 11, 2012, at St. Luke Hospital in New York. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Puckett-Purkett Memorial Chapel, Roper, with the Rev. Edward Moultrie officiating. Burial will follow in the Spruill Eternal Rest Cemetery, Plymouth. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service Inc., Roper.
