A funeral for Leon Williams will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Crossroad Community Church, 20684 State Forest Road, Georgetown, Del. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday at Refuge Temple, 455 N. Front St., Seaford, Del.
