Mr. Ottis Dalton Foster, age 72, a resident of West Old County Road, Belhaven, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Belhaven Pentecostal Holiness Church. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. Arrangements are by Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations.
