George “Chub” Carroll Bryant, 75, a resident of 852 White Oak Road, Windsor, died Saturday June 16, 2012, at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. today at the Mizelle-Bryant family cemetery on White Oak Road officiated  by the Rev. R. O. Denton Jr. The family received friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Monday at Walker Funeral Home and other times from the home. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor is serving the Bryant family.
