Sarah Louise Herbin Murray, a resident of 41 Keith Circle, New  Bern, died Sunday, June 17, 2012, at her residence. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
