Select Bank & Trust Company has promoted Nola Ayers Stocks to the position of vice president.

Stocks is responsible for the daily operations and administration of the 3600 Charles Blvd. branch in Greenville. As branch manager, she oversees the teller functions, customer relations, staffing and business development.

Beginning her banking career in 1985 as a customer-service representative and teller, Stocks brings over 27 years of experience to Select. Having joined the bank in 2006, Stocks has now been manager of the Charles Boulevard branch for more than three years.

A native of Williamston, Stocks is active in the community and has served as a board member of Literacy Volunteers of Pitt County.
