Jimmie Lee Fornes, age 61, a resident of 2306 Mill Road, Chocowinity, died Thursday, June 28, 2012, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the 15th Street Church of God in Washington. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Pamlico Funeral and Cremation Service of Washington.
