Crews from the Washington Public Works Department will collect vegetative storm debris left in the city by the storm system that moved through the area Sunday.
Debris needs to be placed at the edge of the curb or behind the sidewalk on or before Monday. The city anticipates clean up to be completed by July 13.
Contractors hired to cut downed trees and clean up residential properties will be responsible for the removal of that debris, not the Public Works Department.
