Mrs. Miriam Marie Brooks Davis, 67, a resident of 807 Roosevelt Ave. Plymouth, died Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Vidant Health Care Hospice Center, Greenville. Viewing only, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. today at Puckett-Purkett Memorial Chapel, 300 W. Buncombe St., Roper. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pentecostal Temple (Church of God in Christ), 200 Rankin Lane Plymouth, with Bishop Leroy Jackson Woolard officiating. Burial will be in the Ellis Lee cemetery, West Avenue and Wilson Street, Plymouth. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service Inc., Roper.
