Miles M. Jones, 58, of Bay City, Texas, died June 29, 2012. He was the son of the late James Henry and Jeannette Jones. He was a veteran, and attended P.S. Jones High School. He was also a member of Little Grove Holiness Church, where he sang in the choir.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at House of Prayer, 318 N. Pierce St., Washington, with Pastor Louis Glaspie officiating.
He leaves behind four brothers, the Rev. Jimmy Jones of Cleburne, Texas, James Maye of Vanceboro, James Jones of Washington and William Jones of Bay City, Texas; three sisters, Elder Eva Williams of Cleburne, Texas, Janet Ruffin of Washington and Mable Stilley of Durham.
Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
