A memorial service for the Rev. Dr. Robert Louis Stephens, formerly of Belhaven, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday at Mary’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Local arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
