Betty Lou Hardison, 73, a resident of 1385 Tyre Warehouse Road, Williamston, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012.
She was born March 17, 1939, in Martin County, the daughter of the late Haulcy Hardison and Lettie Roberson Hardison. She was a member of the Reddick’s Grove Baptist Church. She worked with Hamilton Beach a number of years and was also a caregiver.
Surviving are a sister, Frances Rogers of Washington; a brother, Thade Hardison of Williamston; a nephew, Ricky Rogers and wife Donna of Williamston, and great-nephews Casey Rogers and wife Jennifer of Williamston and Jordon Rogers of Williamston.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Biggs Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Larry Gilbreath officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. today at Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston, and other times at the residence.
