Mrs. Joan Scott Bland, 67, a resident of Cratt Road, Bear Grass, died Thursday, July 12, 2012. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Rehoboth Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the Revs. Lamarr Jackson and Jimmy Williams officiating. Burial will be in Martin Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the church. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
