July 10

• Motor vehicle accident on N.C. Highway 33 East near U.S. Highway 17, at 9:45 p.m. A driver was unfamiliar with the area and did not realize she was in the turning lane until she collided with a vehicle making a left turn from the lane. No injuries reported.
