Mr. and Mrs. Lou Valenti of Washington, North Carolina, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Gina Valenti to Jon Bernal. The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bernal of Oak Hill, Virginia.
