Ms. Tracy Lynette Davis, age 40, a resident of 293 Tuscarora Drive, Bath, NC died Friday, September 21, 2012 at her home.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2012 along the river shore behind Vidant Pungo Hospital in Belhaven, officiated by Tony Krantz.
Ms. Davis was born in Washington County, Arkansas on December 19, 1971 to the late Mary Lou Whisnant. She attended Beaufort County Community College where she obtained a degree in nursing. Ms. Davis worked as a licensed practical nurse at Vidant Pungo Hospital. She was a loving mother and friend, who loved her pets and loved to travel. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Ms. Davis is survived by a daughter; Amber Lynette Smith of Washington, NC, a son; Samuel Wayne Davis of Pantego, NC,  a brother; Billy Don Peoples and wife Debbie of Spiro, Oklahoma and her best friend; Phyllis Huggins of Bath, NC.
Ms. Davis is also survived by many extended family and friends.
