Arstenia Cooper Howard, 84, of 2983 N.C. 45 South, Plymouth, died Nov. 23, 2012, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec.. 1, 2012, at Lilly of the Valley Missionary Baptist Church, 681 White Oak Road, Plymouth, with the Rev. Jasper Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Watson Memorial Garden, Roper. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service Inc., Roper.
