Dr. Shenita Karol Spencer and Dr. Joshua Aaron Bradley Moore are announcing their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Mable Spencer of Washington, NC and Ms. Gwendolyn Spencer of Raleigh, NC, and the late Mr. Joseph Spencer Sr. of Washington.
The groom is the son of the Rev. David L. Moore and Mrs. Melinda Moore of  Washington, NC.
The couple will exchange vows at 4 p.m. Saturday, December 22, at Metropolitan AME Zion Church, Washington, NC.
Family and friends are invited to the wedding ceremony. The reception is by invitation only.
