Muriel Leona Higgins French, 86, of 205 N. Park Ave., Williamston, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at Ridgewood Manor, Washington. A funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2013, at the Church of the Advent, officiated by the Rev. Joe Cooper. A private burial will be held at a later date. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday at Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
