A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2013, in the chapel of Paul Funeral Home, Washington. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, February 3, at the home, 111 Waterford Place. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Foster family.
