Mr. Franklin E. Doughlin, 83, of 1008 Old Highway 264 East, died Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2013, in Scranton. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at Mt. Pilgrim Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Scranton, with Bishop Charles Butler officiating. Burial follows in the Davis family cemetery. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
