Mrs. Lettie Small Norman, 93, of 4315 N.C. Highway 32 North, Plymouth, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
