Ms. Rebenia Ann Swain, 46, of 907 Brighton Road, Raleigh, died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. The family is receiving friends at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy R. Swain, 10074 N.C. Highway 32 North, Roper. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
