Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” Brown Baker, 79, of Windsor, died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A celebration-of-life service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at Cashie Baptist Church with the Rev. Bobby Strother officiating. Burial follows in Edgewood Cemetery. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
